Conveniently located on Professional Blvd between Washington Ave and Covert Ave - we are in the heart of Evansville. You can park very close to the door, and quickly be greeted by our front office staff in our clean and comfortable facility. 

 

We have trained providers available to handle both routine and acute medical care 5 days per week. From routine family medicine to sports and DOT physicals,  we have you covered! We are generally able to schedule same-day appointments with one of our providers.

 

Our caring health care providers take a personal approach to health care. We also share a building with Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, PC. So if you need an x-ray or other imaging services you can often be seen in the same visit. Come see us and experience a more personal approach to health care!
